Thermal Pastes

K4 PRO is our oldest thermal paste, designed in 2012 and widely used for over 10 years. It has a thermal conductivity of 4.6 W/mK, which, while not considered high-performance compared to newer thermal pastes, offers excellent reliability as it does not dry out. This makes it ideal for industrial applications, as it can operate effectively in extreme temperatures ranging from -80°C to +220°C. K4 PRO is offered in a 500g can, providing great value, and its low viscosity ensures optimal coverage between heatsinks and components.

K4 PRO is suitable for general use on all kinds of electronic components where a reliable thermal interface is needed. It is particularly beneficial in situations where heatsinks can’t be frequently removed, as it maintains its effectiveness over time.

KRYO33 is a high-performance thermal paste with a thermal conductivity of 13 W/mK. It consists solely of solid particles, providing maximum thermal conductivity without the use of liquids. This paste is ideal for overclocking and high-performance gaming systems, as it requires no curing time and can be used immediately after application.

KRYO33 is recommended for high-performance applications, particularly in gaming systems and scenarios where overclocking is desired. It can also be combined with K5 PRO for optimal thermal management.

PTM7950 is a phase change material designed for efficient thermal management. It features a thermal conductivity of 8.5 W/mK and transitions to a liquid state at 45°C, ensuring excellent gap filling between heatsinks and components. This product is built to withstand temperatures up to 150°C and is rigorously tested for durability.

PTM7950 is highly recommended for high-performance CPUs and GPUs, as well as gaming consoles, where effective cooling is critical. Its ability to fill gaps seamlessly makes it an excellent choice for maintaining thermal contact.

Liquid Metal is a premium thermal paste with exceptional thermal conductivity of 79 W/mK. It is designed for high-performance applications and overclocking. This product is electrically conductive, making it suitable for advanced users. Each package includes a spreader and precision tips for easy application.

Liquid Metal is ideal for users seeking the highest thermal performance for their CPUs and GPUs, particularly in overclocking scenarios. It is best used in conjunction with K5 PRO thermal putty to prevent leakage.
